January 17 - 2nd Annual Hands-On Repotting Session

Join us for our 2nd annual hands-on session on repotting african violets.  If you have a plant that looks like a "palm tree" with a long neck or has multiple plants in one pot, this session is for you.  Our members will help you refresh your plants.

February 28 - Club Members at Merrifield Garden Center

On February 28, our club members will be at Merrifield Garden Center in Fair Oaks to answer all your questions about growing and propagating african violets.

Look for us in the greenhouse between 9:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.  Because we will be in the greenhouse with other plants, we ask that you NOT bring any plants for diagnosis.

March 21 - Propagation Workshop

Bring some leaves of your favorite plants to share and propagate during this workshop. There will be demonstrations of the proper way to propagate as well as information on alternative methods.

April 25 - Field Trip to the Violet Gallery

This month we will have a group field trip to the Violet Gallery in York, PA. We will not be meeting on our regular day. Please contact us if you are interested in joining us.

May 16 - The Pittman Way of Growing

We will be showing the video "The Pittman Way of Growing". Join us for this interesting and informative presentation.

June 20 - Picnic
